This business has new owners as of 2019 and it's now an EXCELLENT place to interact with. Jasmit and his team are wonderful - courteous, professional, informative, well priced. They go out of their way to be helpful and make the experience a good one. This is my favourite place on the west side to do mailing, packages, etc. I have even had them help me when I am overseas, mailing packages to me internationally. They successfully sent an expensive water purifier cross country, helping me find the right packaging (it was not new and I no longer had the original box).

WOW! Montana Mail is under new management and it really shows! Excellent customer service by all staff members. I've been in twice now and they're very helpful and polite. (180 degree difference from my experience with the previous owner.) VERY GLAD TO HAVE YOU IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD!!!

I am a long time customer of Montana Mail & was with them when they were at 1007 Montana Ave. When we got new ownership it’s always hard to know what’s going to happen. Jasmit & his team are just awesome! I was very loyal to Garo and miss him & Cash. Luckily Jasmit & crew have made Montana Mail the place to go. Great customer service always & friendly atmosphere. Nice additions & really safe during these times. I have to get my mail regularly and I’m always happy to see these guys & gals!
